Is DialSheet really free?
Yes. The software itself is 100% free and open-source. You do not pay us a monthly subscription fee. You simply plug in your own Twilio credentials, and you pay Twilio directly for your call minutes (approx $0.013/min) and phone numbers ($1/mo). We do not markup these costs.
How does it compare to Aircall or RingCentral?
Aircall and RingCentral charge per user (e.g., $50/month/user). If you have 10 agents, you pay $500/month regardless of how much they talk. DialSheet charges $0/user. You only pay for the minutes used. For most teams, this results in 70-90% savings.
What is BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier)?
BYOC stands for Bring Your Own Carrier. Instead of forcing you to use our marked-up phone lines, we let you connect directly to a telecom provider (Twilio). This gives you wholesale pricing, better call quality, and full ownership of your phone numbers and reputation data.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. Setting up a Twilio account takes about 5 minutes. Once you have your API keys (Account SID and Auth Token), you just paste them into DialSheet's settings page. We handle the rest.
Can I import leads from CSV?
Yes. You can import thousands of leads instantly via CSV upload. We automatically map columns for Name, Phone, Email, Company, and any custom fields you have.
Is call recording included?
Yes, call recording is enabling by default in your campaigns. Recordings are stored in your Twilio account or your own S3 bucket if configured, giving you complete data sovereignty.
Does DialSheet have Local Presence?
Yes. Because you use Twilio, you can buy local numbers for any area code instantly for $1.15/month. You can cycle through these numbers to improve pick-up rates.
What happens if DialSheet goes down?
DialSheet is open-source. You can self-host it on your own servers if you want 100% control. Even if our hosted version had an issue, your telephony (Twilio) remains active and your data is safe.
